About Riverwalk – Venao West
For readers who are new to this: Riverwalk is a residential community developed by AMF Capital in Venao West, on Panama’s Azuero Peninsula. It sits minutes from Playa Venao, one of the most consistent surf beaches in Central America, and is part of a broader masterplan that includes a future hotel, commercial areas, restaurants, and a school that’s already open.

The Open House takes place inside our Roble Deluxe – the one home you’ll physically walk through on April 25th. It’s the premium option in this phase, and it’s the best way to get a feel for the finishes, layouts, and indoor-outdoor flow that define every home at Riverwalk.
While the Roble Deluxe is the home you’ll tour, our team will walk you through full details on all three models available in this release:
The Palma
Our entry point into Riverwalk. Efficient, well-designed, and built for the way people actually live down here – indoor-outdoor flow, low-maintenance finishes, and the essentials done right. We’ll have floor plans, pricing sheets, and finish details on hand.
The Roble
A step up in size and layout. More space, more flexibility, same design philosophy. Good for families or anyone who wants room to host visitors. We’ll walk you through the plans and what makes it different from the Palma.
The Roble Deluxe – The Home You’ll Tour
The premium option. Upgraded finishes, expanded outdoor living, and the features that take a house from “nice” to “I’m not leaving.” You’ll be inside this one – so take your time, open the doors, step onto the patio, and get a real sense of what Riverwalk living actually feels like.
All three models are turnkey. What you see in the Roble Deluxe will give you a strong reference point for the Palma and Roble as well – same design language, same quality, different scale.

Here’s what Saturday looks like:
- Full tour of the Roble Deluxe model home – walk through, take photos, imagine your furniture in there. This is the finished home you’ll experience in person.
- Detailed presentations on the Palma and Roble models – floor plans, pricing, finishes, and timelines. Our team will answer every question you have.
- Site walkthrough so you can see where the future hotel, commercial areas, and phase two will sit. The grass is in. The roads are going down. It’s real.
- Light bites and drinks on site. Nothing corporate – just good food and a relaxed afternoon.
- Time with our team to answer questions about pricing, financing, ownership in Panama, timelines, and anything else on your mind.
- Access to the wider Venao experience – if you want to make a weekend of it, the surf, Venao Brewing House, restaurants, ziplines, and fishing are all right here.

Where exactly is Riverwalk – Venao West located?
Riverwalk is in Venao West, a section of Playa Venao on Panama’s Azuero Peninsula. It’s on the Pacific Coast, about a 40-minute drive from Pedasí and roughly 5 hours from Panama City by car, or a short flight into Pedasí airport.
Will I be able to walk through all three models?
Not on April 25th. The Open House takes place inside the Roble Deluxe, which is the one home that will be fully available to tour. Our team will present detailed information on the Palma and Roble models — including floor plans, pricing, finishes, and specs — and can arrange private viewings of additional homes on request. Touring the Roble Deluxe gives you an excellent sense of the build quality and design language across the entire collection.
Do I need to RSVP to attend the Open House?

Can foreigners buy property in Panama?
Yes. Panama allows foreign nationals to own property outright, with the same rights as Panamanian citizens. We’re happy to walk you through the process in person on April 25th, or connect you with the legal and banking resources you’ll need.

The $295K price point is for our Palma model — a complete, turnkey home. You’ll see the same design language and build quality reflected in the Roble Deluxe during your tour, and we’ll have pricing sheets on site for all three models, plus details on what’s standard and what’s optional.
Is there financing available?
Yes. We can discuss financing options in person. Panama has financing available for both residents and qualified non-residents, and our team can point you in the right direction based on your situation.
Can I bring my family?
Absolutely. Bring the kids. There’s space for them to run around, and seeing the community with your family is honestly the best way to get a real sense of whether it fits your life.

Is Riverwalk a finished community or still under construction?
Both. The first phase of homes is built and ready — that’s what you’ll tour. Infrastructure continues to develop, with roads going in, grass installed, and future phases (hotel, commercial areas, additional homes) in the masterplan. Coming to the Open House is a great way to see both the finished product and what’s coming next.
